What’s the story on Graystone Castle?
The ‘Castle’ (originally named Graystone Manor) was designed and built by a local family as their private residence in 1992. It was under construction for 20+ years. In October of 2015, we purchased the Castle as an investment with the intent to finish out construction and possibly live-in and/or retire in the home. At that time, the Castle was about 50% complete. Over the past few years, we have completed the existing projects, updated others, and added a ton of new features and amenities…bringing the square footage of the Castle to a luxurious 20,000+sq ft. We have completed the entire basement level and added a movie theater, a ballroom, a game room, a poker room, a library, a Moroccan-zen yoga space and much more! In early 2018, we began allowing friends, family, and guests to rent the entire castle out for extended periods of time for family vacations, reunions, small events, and retreats. It has been a very joyful experience for us all…we love being able to share this rare piece of workmanship with those who value its quality and uniqueness as much as we do!
